The goal of this program is to create jobs for deaf and/or hard-of-hearing people. We team-up with sewing shops and packaging companies. We also promote entrepreneurship and support beneficiaries to tweak their business plans and unlock funds. Our pilot project is with the NGO "Famille Heureuse Famille Unie" for which we sell earrings.
